These terms apply to orders placed through the SEGMENsensor online store. The seller is ToneCooling Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 96 653 174 040, ACN 653 174 040) ("SEGMENsensor", "we"), Suite 69, 139 Cardigan Street, Carlton VIC 3053, Australia. SEGMENsensor products are manufactured in China by Segmen Industrial Development Co., Ltd. and ship from Shenzhen. Email: info@segmensensor.com.

1. Products and specifications

Products are industrial instruments for professional use. Specifications, accuracy and installation requirements are those published on the product page and datasheet at the time of your order. It is your responsibility to check that the product suits your pipe, liquid and installation; our application engineers can help by email before you order.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and apply to 1–9 units of a configuration. For 10 units or more, email us for a quotation. Prices exclude shipping, which is added at checkout, and exclude import duties and taxes (see the Shipping Policy). Your order is accepted when payment is received.

3. Delivery and risk

We ship DAP (Incoterms 2020) to the address you give at checkout. Risk passes to you when UPS delivers the parcel to that address. You are the importer of record and are responsible for duties, taxes and any import permits.

4. Returns and warranty

Returns, refunds and the 12-month warranty are described in our Returns, Refunds and Warranty policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for the products in that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of production, profit or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country.

6. Export and use

You agree not to resell or export the products to any person, country or end use prohibited by applicable sanctions or export control laws.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order applies to that order.
