Where we ship
We ship to the countries listed in the Ship to menu on each product page. If your country is not listed, email info@segmensensor.com and we will check whether we can deliver.
When your order ships
Products are built to order; we do not ship from stock. Orders ship from our factory in Shenzhen, China, within 2 weeks of payment. We email you the UPS tracking number when the order leaves the factory.
How it ships
- Carrier: UPS, door to door to your company address.
- Typical transit time: 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on the UPS service and destination. Delivery times are UPS estimates and are not guaranteed.
- The shipping charge is calculated at checkout.
Duties, import taxes and customs clearance (DAP)
Prices do not include import duties, VAT / GST or customs fees. We ship DAP (Incoterms 2020): as the importer, you pay any duties, taxes and clearance fees in your country. UPS or your customs broker usually collects them before or at delivery. We do not collect them at checkout.
- Each parcel travels with a commercial invoice and packing list, and we email you copies.
- The country of origin is China. HS code for the flow meters: 9026.10.
- Where a free trade agreement applies, we can supply a certificate of origin on request (for example Form E / RCEP for Indonesia, or the China–Chile FTA certificate for Chile). Ask before you order.
- The tax rates shown on our product pages are for reference only. Your customs authority makes the final decision.
